Role Overview

As an AWS MS Engineer at TTEC Digital, you will design, implement, and
manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure to support high-performance
applications. You’ll play a key role in optimizing CI/CD workflows and
ensuring operational excellence in a remote, collaborative
environment.

Responsibilities

Architect, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure
scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes.
Utilize AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and others to support
business applications.
Implement DevOps practices to automate deployments, monitoring, and
infrastructure management.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using AWS tools
like CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud solutions with
business objectives.
Ensure security and compliance through best practices, including IAM
policies and encryption.

Requirements

Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC).
Strong expertise in designing and managing CI/CD workflows (e.g., AWS
CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or Jenkins).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code
(IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a
remote setting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Haves

AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer –
Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Amazon ECS, or EKS).
Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch).
Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven workflows.
